The Project
Seafront avant-garde office block featuring underground parking spaces, a meditation garden, private and shared offices, break-out and lounge areas, and a distinctive rooftop infinity pool. The project embraces the future of hybrid work spaces and aims to serve as model for sustainable design.
The Area
Karamanli Avenue is the prominent seafront highway connecting the city centre to the Hellenikon development and the southern coastal suburbs. The area combines palm trees, sandy beaches and tranquil marinas with high-end commercial and residential properties.
