The Area

Karamanli Avenue is the prominent seafront highway connecting the city centre to the Hellenikon development and the southern coastal suburbs. The area combines palm trees, sandy beaches and tranquil marinas with high-end commercial and residential properties.

The Project

Renovation of a 1924-built residential block that consists of 7 beautiful two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments. The property’s Art Deco ceilings, parquet flooring, marble staircase and gothic windows are currently undergoing expert-led restoration. Works will be completed by 2024, just on time to celebrate the building’s centennial!

The Area

During the 19th and 20th Century, Exarchia was Athens’ aristocratic neighborhood, home to universities, national museums, antique dealers and bookbinders. The neighborhood has since added great nightlife, a truly authentic food scene and a vast array of independent shops to its credentials.

The Project

Complete restoration of a Grade I listed ‘monument of culture’ that once served as the City’s Music Conservatory. She La has engaged world-class experts to conserve and restore the building’s ornate frescoes, hand-carved doors and eclectic interiors that were heavily damaged during decades of squatting and misuse.

The Area

The building is located behind the National Archaeological Museum. The historic area suffered from endemic crime during the financial crisis but has since emerged as a peaceful and colourful neighborhood, well-known for its Classical draws.
